All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item. It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHIPPING TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment. Keep in mind that each product takes different crafting time. The smaller items like potion holders and wand holster have a processing time of around a week, while bigger items like armors and more intricate belts have longer processing times. Feel free to reach out if you need your items for a specific date that doesn't meet this criteria.
