This barbarian shoulder armor is crafted from full grain, premium vegetable-tanned leather, hand-dyed with natural pigments using Outcast Props’ unique aging and epic painting techniques. Built for LARP, cosplay, Viking or post-apocalyptic characters, it combines comfort, strength, and authentic cinematic weathering.

The set is fully modular and adjustable by straps. You can wear just the harness, add the shoulder armor, attach the fur mantle for a wilder look, or include the sword sheath for a complete warrior setup. The fur piece can also be used separately for other costumes or characters.
