Add the product from our catalog that you want to customize.

Select the option or combination of options in this listing that adds up to the exact agreed price.
You may need to:
• Choose one option, or
• Add multiple options until the total matches the agreed amount.
5. No discounts
Manually remove and disable any type of discount applied in the cart before completing checkout.
6. ✅ Complete checkout
Once payment is completed, we proceed with production as agreed.
🛠️ WHAT THIS CUSTOM SERVICE MAY INCLUDE
Depending on what we have approved together, this service can cover:
• Custom leather, resin or paint colors
• Hardware changes (buckles, rivets, rings, metal tone)
• Personalisation with initials, names, symbols or icons
• Surface treatments, textures or controlled aging effects
• Size adjustments outside standard measurements
• Structural modifications agreed in advance
• Design and production of a custom physical piece not listed in the shop
❗ VERY IMPORTANT
CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED, RETURNED, OR REFUNDED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED
Custom items are made specifically to your unique requirements, meaning they are created based on your personal choices of size, design, or color. Because these pieces are tailored exclusively for you, they cannot be resold to anyone else. For this reason, once the production process begins, we cannot accept cancellations, and we do not offer returns or refunds on custom work.
🚫 DISCOUNT CODES DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM WORK
Even if a product is temporarily on sale, customized orders are not eligible for discounts. All customization costs are calculated based on the original, non-discounted price.
Any automatic discounts applied by the platform cannot be used for custom or personalized orders.
If your cart contains both a regular product and a custom listing: You must disable all discounts before completing checkout. It is mandatory to remove them at the final payment step.
If a discount is applied by mistake:
The order will require an additional payment using a custom listing. Production will not start until the full custom price is paid.
HOW WE SELECT CUSTOM PROJECTS
We only accept custom orders that align with our brand vision and future catalog.
• The Selection: When you request a custom piece, we evaluate if it fits ideas we already have in development or designs we want to explore.
• The Authorship: Your request is the spark, but the final product, technical patterns, and artistic execution are 100% our creation and expertise.
2. SHARED INVESTMENT
Creating new patterns requires dozens of hours of design.
• The Deal: You only pay for a small portion of this development. The workshop assumes the rest because we retain the right to add the final design to our official catalog. This is the only way to keep custom work affordable.
3. NO EXCLUSIVITY
We do not create "Exclusive" or "One-off" designs. Our goal is to expand our catalog. If a design cannot be reused for future customers, we do not produce it. Charging for 100% of the design and exclusivity would multiply the price by 10 or more, which doesn't fit our model.

Orders placed through this listing without contacting us first may be:
• Delayed
• Requested for clarification
• Or cancelled and refunded

📦 SHIPPING
Custom work results in a physical product that will be shipped once completed.
