⚔️ 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒
This piece is made of two connected leather scabbards: a shorter upper scabbard and a longer lower scabbard.

The short scabbard attaches directly to your belt with the hanging system. The long scabbard hangs below it using the connecting rings and straps. This creates a layered double scabbard setup with a beautiful angled fall, perfect for carrying two costume swords, daggers or fantasy prop blades.

You can wear the full double setup, or use only one of the scabbards when your costume needs a lighter configuration. The long scabbard is designed to hang from the short one, so the two pieces are not meant to be swapped top to bottom.

This scabbard hanger can be adapted for left or right side wear.

To change the carrying side, the system must be dismantled and reconfigured by changing the position of the suspension straps. This allows the scabbards to tilt toward the side you need, depending on your dominant hand, costume design or preferred draw direction.

It is not a quick flip while wearing it, but a reconfigurable ambidextrous setup.

Handcrafted from premium full grain Spanish vegetable tanned leather, this piece is cut, shaped, dyed, stitched and finished by hand in our workshop.

The leather is treated with Outcast Props’ signature aging and cinematic weathering techniques, giving each scabbard a rich fantasy look with depth, character and a worn-in adventure feel.

We use responsibly sourced vegetable tanned leather, natural pigments and water-based dyes whenever possible. Our process focuses on durable, repairable gear made to last through many events instead of disposable costume accessories.
