Filigree Armor

A custom gorget and articulated pauldrons combining tooled leather and engraved metal. Created in response to an individual request, the pieces can be worn together or separately, with freedom of movement built into the articulated shoulder sections.

Materials & Details

Tooled leather and engraved metal bring together scrolling floral ornament, layered surfaces and contrasting finishes. Dark leather with reddish-brown highlights frames silver-toned metal panels, giving the separate pieces a coordinated, aged appearance.

Movement & Versatility

Overlapping sections allow the pauldrons to articulate rather than forming a single rigid shoulder piece. The gorget and pauldrons can be combined as a set or worn separately.
