Every panel is hand-dyed, embossed with detailed knotwork, and finished using Outcast Props’ unique aging techniques and epic painting to achieve a refined, battle-worn aesthetic. The adjustable side straps with brass buckles and the lace-up shoulder sections allow a secure, comfortable fit tailored to your build.

We use only responsibly sourced vegetable-tanned leather, natural pigments and water-based, non-toxic dyes. Each piece is crafted using traditional artisanal methods that avoid harmful chemicals, ensuring authenticity while respecting the environment.

🧼 Care instructions
Avoid soaking. If the armor becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from heat sources. Store flat or on a mannequin to preserve its shape. Apply leather conditioner occasionally to maintain flexibility.
