The flexible suede gussets allow the pouch to expand beyond its empty depth, providing generous room without creating an excessively bulky profile when it is not full.

⚙️ TWO INTEGRATED CARRY OPTIONS
Every pouch includes both carry systems. You do not need to choose between them when ordering.

OPTION 1: HANGING LOOPS
Use the rear straps in the hanging loop position to suspend the pouch slightly below the belt.
This option provides:

• A lower hanging position

OPTION 2: BELT WRAP / CLOSE MOUNT
Use the alternative snap position and rear wrap system to hold the pouch closer to the belt.
The belt can pass through the rear attachment space, helping the pouch sit more securely against the body.
This option provides:
• A closer and more stable fit
• Reduced movement while walking
• A more compact waist position
• Better support when the pouch is carrying heavier contents

The position can be changed whenever needed, allowing the same pouch to adapt to different belts, outfits and activities.

Both versions feature the same pronounced distressed effect, with handmade scratches, darkened areas, irregular markings and worn textures.

The exact distribution of the aging will vary from one pouch to another because every piece is finished individually.

The pouch is intentionally finished to look worn, weathered and battle damaged.
The surface may include:

The front flap closes with an adjustable leather strap and our custom-designed Outcast Props buckle.
Several adjustment holes allow the closure to adapt when the pouch is empty or more heavily filled.
