Leather Viking wide belt for LARP, Renaissance Faire, medieval cosplay and fantasy warrior costumes. This broad leather armor belt gives structure, presence and a strong Norse-inspired look to a simple tunic, dress, gambeson or barbarian outfit.
The default version comes with our Valknut leather centerpiece, brass hardware and an aged fantasy finish. It is designed to be comfortable to wear, not excessively thick or stiff, while still creating the look of a strong fantasy armor belt.

⚔️ WHY THIS BELT WORKS SO WELL
This belt is wide enough to shape the waist and visually complete a costume, but comfortable enough to wear through a full event. It works beautifully on masculine warrior looks, and it is also very flattering on women when worn over a tunic or dress because it helps create a strong waistline.
The side buckle system makes it adjustable, while the front and back panels give the costume presence from every angle. The hanging rings can be used with compatible bags, mugs, potion holders, scabbards or other costume accessories.
📏 SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS
Belt width: 9-11 cm / 3.54-4.33 in
Sizing guide, measured by waist circumference:
S-M: 64-78 cm / 25.2-30.7 in
M-L: 81-102 cm / 31.9-40.2 in
XL-2XL: 100-125 cm / 39.4-49.2 in
Please measure yourself where you plan to wear the belt, especially if you will wear it over a gambeson, tunic, dress or armor layer.
Important: if you request a larger waist size, the belt circumference changes, but the belt width does not. The belt will still be approx. 9-11 cm wide. On very large sizes, this means the belt may look proportionally narrower on the body.
A fully custom wider version would require redesigning the pattern and stencils, so it is not part of the standard customization options. If you need something very specific, contact us first, but please note that we do not usually recommend changing the belt width.

🎨 OTHER CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
The back panel can also be customized with an embossed leather design. Hardware changes, such as nickel instead of brass, may also be possible.
All customizations have an extra charge and must be confirmed before ordering. We will send you a custom listing link once everything is agreed.
Design work is not included in the base price. If your idea requires cleaning, redrawing, adapting or creating a design from scratch, design hours will be quoted separately.
🥇 MATERIALS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Made from premium full grain Spanish vegetable tanned leather, dyed, embossed, riveted and finished by hand in our workshop.
The leather is carefully selected to balance comfort and structure. It is not overly thick, so the belt remains wearable, but it still has the strength and presence needed for a premium fantasy costume piece.
Each belt is finished with Outcast Props’ signature aging and cinematic weathering techniques, creating a worn, epic look with depth and character.
🌱 SUSTAINABILITY
We use responsibly sourced vegetable tanned leather, natural pigments and water-based dyes whenever possible. Our goal is to create durable, repairable costume gear made for years of events instead of disposable costume pieces.

Tunic, dress, gambeson, bags, scabbards, mugs, weapons, armor pieces and all other accessories shown in the photos are not included.
🌍 SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from our artisan workshop in Spain with tracking. Production and transit times may vary, so please check the estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included and may apply depending on your country.
🧼 CARE
Wipe dust away with a soft dry cloth after events. Avoid soaking the leather or exposing it to prolonged moisture. If needed, apply a small amount of good quality leather conditioner. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
✨ IMPORTANT NOTE
Each belt is handmade and hand-aged individually. Small variations in tone, marks, texture and finish are part of its unique character, not defects.
